London Lesbian and Gay Film Festival - Free workshop for LGBT people under 25

Put yourself in the picture with the LLGFF's four day workshop for aspiring filmmakers. This is your chance to hear from festival filmmakers about how they got started as well as learn top tips from industry insiders. The sessions are FREE and include screenings from the Festival. If you have little or no experience of filmmaking, are under 25 and are lesbian, gay, bi or trans, this workshop is for you. To book tickets, please phone Box Office on 020 7928 3232. Refreshers Fair - City and North Campus

Refresher's Fair takes place on 5th February at City and 7th February at North. We will be there with sweets, condoms, lube and more!

Oh Well!

London Met LGBT was not nominated for a Pink Paper Readers Award however we will try again next year! We will also aim for NUS LGBT Campaign "Society of the Year".


LSE LGBT Awareness Week

LGBT Activists Academy - 20 Nov 2007

These one-day training and network events will be held in the six NUS regions. Delegates will take part in training around developing LGBT societies and campaigning skills, and will develop regional action plans with other students' unions. You will have the opportunity to network with other LGBT students as well as with external organisations from your region. You will also hear from two external speakers about different campaign areas for the year. If you want to go, contact us and we can book you in :)


Bar and Club Reviews

We are looking for students to get out there and review bars and clubs for our Scene Guide. Although we can't pay for your drinks, we are negotiating free entry to the venue and possible guestlist entry. If you are interested, contact us via the contact section of the site.
