Hello again, welcome to issue 4 of the Met LGBT eBulletin. Destination Met was well attended by other Uni's but only 4 from London Met came. It is really important that people attend certain events as it allows us to apply for more money and have more events that you want.

Now onto bigger plans, we plan to have a LGBT Awareness Week in February (tying in with LGBT history month) and also launch a campaign to have Liberation Officers in the Students Union. More to follow next week.

GMFA Course - You and Your Arse (Male Only)
Weds 24th Oct 6.30pm

Met LGBT will be running, in conjunction with Queen Mary LGBT, one of GMFAs free courses. Sex & Your Arse looks at the biology of the arse and anal sex. It covers how the arse is implicated in HIV and STI transmission.

Stonewall Recruitment Guide Launch
Stonewall's annual lesbian & gay recruitment guide is packed with interview tips, advice for jobseekers and over 250 gay-friendly employers.

The launch of the 2007/08 guide takes place on Tuesday 30 October 6.30-8.30pm, at University of London Union (ULU).

Free wine, guide and goodie bag.
